Nabila's Art Gallery

A young and dynamic illustrator turning comic book passion into dynamic visual stories. With 9 years of artistry in every stroke, I specialize in character-driven illustrations inspired by the epic worlds of DC & Marvel.

Let’s bring your ideas to life with energy, boldness, and a splash of superhero flair!

My Story

My art journey started back in the 5th grade, not in a classroom, but on YouTube. I was completely captivated by the world of indie animations—the raw creativity, the unique stories. That was the spark. I picked up my stylus and haven't put it down since. For over eight years, I've been translating the stories in my head into digital art. There's a special kind of magic in designing a character and feeling their personality click into place, or in painting a background that feels like a place you could truly step into. That magic is what drives me.

With 9 years of experience, I create vibrant, character-driven illustrations inspired by comic book legends. Capturing the essence that radiates out of the famous superhero comic books, with my own little twist to the mix. I worked hard to craft my own style that I use to this day, and I hope it can inspire other aspiring artists to don't be afraid to experiment with their style.

Experience

Illustration Journey

I picked up the pencil when I was around 10 years old. I had been inspired by the internet fandom culture and animated web series to start illustrating to my heart's content. During those times, I've had an amazing environment of support from friends and family. Without them, I wouldn't be where I am now. I try my best to draw both for personal entertainment and business purposes, which is necessary to handle things professionally. Now, even though there's many rooms for improvement, I've managed to earn quite the fortune from the crafts of my hand, community wise and financially. I wouldn't trade the world for the opportunities I've gained from doing art alone, and I will continue to blossom into a better artist than yesterday.

What I Love To Do

I'm passionate about the entire process of building worlds, but I've found my home in four areas:

Character Illustrations

I often make illustrations based on media that I currently enjoy. Whether its portraying a scenario, or an artwork that bears meaning. This is one way for me to practice creating works that require more creativity and effort.

Commissioned Works

Commissioning is my primary source of income, and I will always ensure the best possible outcome with each order. It’s my duty and my own satisfaction that the client is happy with their finished result.

Project Works

My works for my college’s art exhibition project, where I worked on the posters and some assets, and as a background artist for the short animation being exhibited.

Concept Art

One of the main skills needed in the animation industry is certainly character designing, and I actively engage and learn in this field. Designing a character is important for telling the nature, background, or distinctive characteristics of a character, and I implement these points in all of my designs.

What's Next?

My big dream is to take these skills onto the international stage. I aim to work with animation and game studios where I can learn from the best, contribute to incredible projects, and hopefully, make a little name for my home, Indonesia, along the way. I'm always open to new connections, creative discussions, and opportunities to collaborate.
